Terms & Conditions Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, e-transfer, cheque, and approved credit/debit card transactions. E-transfers can be sent to: brightcresthomeco@gmail.com

Service Guarantee: If you’re not satisfied with the completed work, please notify us within 48 hours. We’ll make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue at no extra charge.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A $50 fee may apply for late cancellations.

Weather-Dependent Services: Services may be rescheduled due to weather. We’ll contact you to arrange a new date as needed.

Access Requirements: Ensure all required areas are accessible during service (e.g., gates unlocked, pets secured).

Damage & Liability: BrightCrest is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing issues such as cracked siding, loose gutters, or hidden defects.

Disputes: Disputes must be submitted in writing within 7 days of invoice date.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia.
